No. The Free plan does not require a credit card. You can sign up and start using RoleFlow immediately. A credit card is only required when you choose to upgrade to the Business plan.
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing section of your RoleFlow account. Switching to annual saves you €98 per year (equivalent to 2 months free).
If you cancel a monthly plan, it stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your group mappings beyond the free limit become inactive but are not deleted — they reactivate if you re-subscribe. Annual plans are not prorated on cancellation, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

RoleFlow processes payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. All prices are in EUR.
Yes. Invoices are automatically generated for every payment and are available in the billing section of your RoleFlow account. You can also manage your billing details through the Stripe Customer Portal.
